Typhon Year 2008

Yesterday the fourth typhon signaled above "8", which basically means "very strong", came along the HK borders this year. Wind's as strong as 150km/h blow through the streets, heavy rains aside. Once signal "8" is hoisted people are recommended to seek shelter back home. Office's and shops will be closed. ..Bar's in Wanchai start Happy Hours ;) Although the news always report heavy damages, the place I live in has so far always been lucky.
