Buying a motorcycle in Hong Kong

It's time to spice up life in Hong Kong. After 4 1/2 years being carried around by public transports, a motorbike is exactly the thing I need. Now, it's not that easy to get on HK roads. My driving license translation did not include my level 1 bike license and I have to start all over making the motorbike license in Hong Kong. Although the motorcycle course in Hong Kong is a f*ckin joke, and explains the huge amount of freaks on the roads, the costs are not too high at least. After passing the exam I will get some kind of 'limited' license, which allows me to get the maddest racing bike, but restricts me in terms of speed limits and being not allowed to carry a passenger.

When you look for a motorbike there's only a couple websites in place. To get you started check: http://www.ibike.com.hk/ or http://www.car8.com/ which are the best. http://hongkong.geoexpat.com/classifieds/showcat.php/cat/59 and http://hongkong.asiaxpat.com/classifieds/motorcycles/ might have some private selling offers, but with very limited choice.

My choices are now between an Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 or the Trimph Street Triple 675. The next days will show which one it will be.
